  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
  • In remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take longer due to logistical limitations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is available on most orders across India.
  • In certain cases (such as bulky items, remote locations, or express delivery requests), additional shipping charges may apply. Any such charges will be displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
  • You can track your package directly through the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen issues such as weather conditions, strikes, or peak periods.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted. Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • A delivery confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once your order is successfully delivered.
  • If you haven’t received your order but the tracking status shows “Delivered”, please reach out to us within 48 hours.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the packaging and product.
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund process after verifying the issue.
