1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your product meets any of the following criteria:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or not functioning as expected (manufacturing fault)
  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, color, or model)
  • Product not as described on the website

📌 Note: Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
  • Items with physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Products without original packaging, manuals, accessories, or invoice
  • Items used for purposes not intended by the manufacturer

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (mandatory for damage/defect)
  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.

4. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled at your address (subject to courier availability).
  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • If the product passes our quality check, we will proceed with a refund or replacement based on your preference and product availability.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days after return approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You must provide your bank details when requested.

📌 Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement is preferred and the product is in stock, we will ship the replacement unit at no additional cost.
  • If the product is unavailable, you will be offered a full refund instead.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery (as per the above policy).
  • To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at info.gearindia@gmail.com with your order number.
